Concentration is used where hydrocarbons occur in low concentrations but high volumes.<\/p>

Fixed beds or concentration wheels are used. The pollutants from the high volume flow accumulate on the zeolite as they flow through the absorber. After this area has been loaded, the pollutants are discharged again at a lower volume flow of 1:5 - 1:20 at a higher temperature and then fed to an oxidation plant.<\/p>

The use of concentration depends on the pollutants, as some hydrocarbons can no longer be forced from the zeolite, others block the pores of the zeolite and others do not accumulate at all.<\/p>

The raw gas temperature should not exceed the range of 50 \u00b0C, depending on the pollutants, otherwise deposition will not be possible.<\/p>

By concentrating the pollutants, the downstream oxidation plant becomes smaller in size and the energy consumption for heating is reduced.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
