A thermal oxidation system consists of a combustion chamber with or without a recuperative heat exchanger.<\/p>

The flue gas is preheated in the heat exchanger by the clean gas and then enters the combustion chamber. By means of a burner or electric heating element, the combustion chamber is brought to the temperature required for thermal conversion, usually > 720 \u00b0C, which breaks down the hydrocarbon compounds or organic dust compounds.<\/p>

The flue gas fan can be arranged on both the pressure and suction side of the system. The choice of position depends on the customer's preference, the pollutants, their load or the flue gas temperature.<\/p>

In most cases, the clean gas after the flue gas heat exchanger still contains so much residual thermal energy that secondary heat recovery makes sense and pays for itself in a short time.<\/p>

The combustion chamber can be made of stainless steel, with internal lining or internal brick lining, depending on the application.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
